Vault Platform Associate Administrator - 2025

The Vault Platform Associate Administrator credential validates the holder has the knowledge and skills to Administer (monitor/manage/maintain/configure) a Vault Platform environment to meet the needs of Veeva Customers. The training consists of 34 instructional hours spanning 7 Vault Platform Business Administrator, System Administrator, and Configuration courses. The credential covers the following Vault Platform functional and technical components: - Document and Data Consumption and Maintenance - User Group, Template, and Report Management - User and Document Security Management - Configuration Troubleshooting - Document and Object Configuration and Analytics - Security Configuration - Document and Data Migration and Validation - Configuration Migration The Vault Platform Associate Administrator credential is renewed annually (1 January) by successfully completing prescribed training and exams covering new and updated features released in the previous year.
