Veeva Multichannel Associate White Belt - 2021

The Veeva Multichannel Associate White Belt credential validates the holder has the knowledge and skills to Administer (monitor/manage/maintain/configure) Veeva Multichannel products to meet the needs of Veeva Customers. Associate White Belt holders have successfully completed the following Veeva Administrator courses and a comprehensive final exam: - Closed Loop Marketing (12 hours) - CRM Engage Portals (4 hours) - Approved Email (8 hours) - Multichannel Cycle Plans (4 hours) The Veeva Multichannel Associate White Belt credential is renewed annually (1 January) by successfully completing prescribed training and exams covering new and updated features released in the prior year.
