Multichannel Certified Administrator - 2024

The Veeva Multichannel Certified Administrator credential validates the holder has the knowledge, skills, and real-world hands-on experience to Administer (monitor/manage/maintain/configure) Veeva Multichannel products to meet the needs of Veeva Customers. Veeva Multichannel Certified Administrator holders have successfully completed the Veeva Administrator courses listed below and passed a comprehensive final exam. In addition to the training, the Certified Administrator credential requires the holder to log 250 hands-on experience hours performing Veeva Multichannel Administrator tasks as an Associate Administrator. Multichannel Courses: - Closed Loop Marketing (12 hours) - CRM Engage Portals (4 hours) - Approved Email (8 hours) - Multichannel Cycle Plans (4 hours) The Veeva Multichannel Certified Administrator credential is renewed annually (1 January) by successfully completing prescribed training and exams covering new and updated features released in the previous year and accumulating a minimum of 50 experience hours performing Veeva Multichannel Administrator tasks to maintain Administrator currency and proficiency.
