Vault Platform Certified Administrator - 2025

The Vault Platform Certified Administrator credential validates the holder has the knowledge, skills, and real-world hands-on experience to Administer (monitor/manage/maintain/configure) a Vault Platform environment to meet the needs of Veeva Customers. Certified Veeva Platform Administrator holders have successfully completed 34 instructional hours spanning 7 Vault Platform Business Administrator, System Administrator, and Configuration courses and passed a comprehensive final exam. In addition to the training, the Certified Administrator credential requires the holder to log 250 hands-on experience hours performing Vault Platform Administrator tasks as an Associate Administrator. The credential covers the following Vault Platform functional and technical components: - Document and Data Consumption and Maintenance - User Group, Template, and Report Management - User and Document Security Management - Configuration Troubleshooting - Document and Object Configuration and Analytics - Security Configuration - Document and Data Migration and Validation - Configuration Migration The Vault Platform Certified Administrator credential is renewed annually (1 January) by successfully completing prescribed training and exams covering new and updated features released in the previous year and accumulating a minimum of 50 experience hours performing Vault Platform Administrator tasks to maintain Administrator currency and proficiency.
