Multichannel Associate Administrator - 2023

The Veeva Multichannel Associate Administrator credential validates the holder has the knowledge and skills to Administer (monitor/manage/maintain/configure) Veeva Multichannel products to meet the needs of Veeva Customers. Veeva Multichannel Associate Administrator holders have successfully completed the following Veeva Administrator courses and a comprehensive final exam: - Closed Loop Marketing (12 hours) - CRM Engage Portals (4 hours) - Approved Email (8 hours) - Multichannel Cycle Plans (4 hours) The Veeva Multichannel Associate Administrator credential is renewed annually (1 January) by successfully completing prescribed training and exams covering new and updated features released in the prior year.
