The Veeva CRM Associate Administrator credential validates the holder has the knowledge and skills to Administer (monitor/manage/maintain/configure) a Veeva CRM environment to meet the needs of Veeva Customers. Veeva CRM Associate Administrator holders have successfully completed 24 instructional hours spanning 7 Veeva CRM Business Administrator, System Administrator, and Configuration courses. The credential covers the following Veeva CRM Categories: - User and Territory Management - Product Catalog Maintenance - View Configuration - Object Maintenance - Application and Data Security - Configuration Utilities - Mobile App Maintenance - Configuration of CRM Core Modules - Security and User Permissions The Veeva CRM Associate Administrator credential is renewed annually (1 January) by successfully completing prescribed training and exams covering new and updated features released in the previous year.
