CRM Certified Administrator - 2025

The Veeva CRM Certified Administrator credential validates the holder has the knowledge, skills, and real-world hands-on experience to Administer (monitor/manage/maintain/configure) a Veeva CRM environment to meet the needs of Veeva Customers. Veeva CRM Certified Administrator credential holders have successfully completed 24 instructional hours of training spanning 7 Veeva CRM Business Administrator, System Administrator, and Configuration courses, and passed a comprehensive final exam. In addition to the training, the Certified Administrator credential requires the holder to log 250 hands-on experience hours performing Veeva CRM Administrator tasks as an Associate Administrator. The credential covers the following Veeva CRM Categories: - User and Territory Management - Product Catalog Maintenance - View Configuration - Object Maintenance - Application and Data Security - Configuration Utilities - Mobile App Maintenance - Configuration of CRM Core Modules - Security and User Permissions The Veeva CRM Certified Administrator credential is renewed annually (1 January) by successfully completing prescribed training and exams covering new and updated features released in the previous year and accumulating a minimum of 50 experience hours performing Veeva CRM Administrator tasks to maintain Administrator currency and proficiency.
